Naturalisation after ILR (Help)

Post by ForeverNational » Sat Nov 12, 2011 12:30 pm

Hi, I have recieved my ILR (10 year long residence). I am married to a British subject. from 2001 - 2007 I was on student, 2007-2011 I have been on HSMP/Tier 1.

Do I have to wait a year to apply for Naturalization?

Does HSMP/Tier 1 period counts as requirement for residential period?

Please advise.

Regards

ForeverNational

So I am married to a British Born person. What I want to find out is can I apply for Naturalisation straight away now. Everybody says I should wait a year with ILR but I have found no documented evidence to support the argument. So I thought if some one can guide me.

So Using the AN form and Naturalisation Services via my local council I should go ahead and apply for BC

Are you looking for "suggestions" or "accurate answer to your query"? If the latter, vinny has done the needful (adequately).
