ILR HSMP JR Pre November 2006 question - Urgent

Hi Guys,

I wonder if someone can help me please, i got few questions about my ILR application, I have an appointment booked in Croydon PEO on 16th November.

I got my HSMP approval letter in September 2006 while i am in UK on PSW (post study workpermit).

I got my HSMP VISA stamped on 10th December 2006. Initially I got visa for 2 years and in 2008 got furthur expension until December 2011 (considered under HSMP Forum JR policy Document)
(2 years HSMP + 3 years Tier1)

My question is should i show that i am economically active through out the five years? Even though i got my visa in December 2006, i didn't get a job until May 2007, since then I am employed continuously.
I only got 4 P60's (07-08, 08-09, 09-10, 10-11). Is it going to be a problem because initially i was unemployed for 5 months. I was supporting myself during that period financially.

Its very confusing what economic activity means, I read lot of threads in this forum and most of the HSMP JR applicants have been asked for 5 years P60's when they filed ILR. like the thread below for example.

Also should i show them any bank statments from Dec 2006- May 2007 5 months period? I have payslips and bankstatements only from May 2007 till now.

Any help on this much appreciated guys, I got an appointment this week.

Not required mate.. U have a same situation as that of me. I got HSMP in nov 2006 under JR and it took me 4 months to find my first job i.e. in march 2007.
Last month, i got ILR. The case worker just ask for recent P60. I was not asked for any other P60.
Take all the four P60s.
As you are covered under JR, you will be fine.

Hi Mate,

I had my ILR done under HSMP Pre nov 2006 with 2 dependent today at liverpool. They dont check any of your documents. They took everything of me but he was just interested in latest P60 and payslip for 3 month.

You will be alright dont worry and relax.
