can somebody help
i am on work permit and have to apply for flr in dec2011.
problem is i reduced my hours in march 2011 from 35 hrs a week to 31 hrs a week but my employer did not filled the technical change of employment form.

they say it does not need to be filled
can somebody shed some light as to whether the form has to be filled or not and how it may affect my ilr condition.

called the agency nd they gave three different answers, one said nothing to be done second said fill out the technical change third said fill out the change in employment.
