Refusal on Maintenance Funds! Covering date or last transact

Last Transaction date: 30th September
Visa Application date: 1st November
Statement date: 6th April to 6th October
VISA REJECTION dATE: 8TH NOVEMBER.

SHOULD HE USE 6TH OCTOBER COZ BANK IS CONFIRMING THAT THERE WAS NO TRANSACTION AFTER 30TH TILL 6TH OCTOBER.

WHAT DOCS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AND HOW MUCH FEE FOR APPEAL FROM INDIA?

You have not provided enough information for people to actually help you out. You should read some of the sticky topics before you post questions and you should avoid using upper case when posting, as it is bad written etiquette.

There is no requirement that transactions must be made into / from a given account that is used as evidence of maintenance funds. The only relevant requirement is to "maintain the necessary funds for at least 90 days".
