ILR Aplication Form

Post by MAChin » Thu Nov 24, 2011 10:59 am

Just to confirm:

I am currently on Tier 1 (General) visa, start of 2007 got WP, Got my HSMP mid of 2007, after 2 years got Tier1 extension. Now I have to apply for ILR in Jan, applying for my wife as well at the same time. will apply for my son after we get ILR.

Q1. Do I need to claim point ? a solicitor said you don't need to.
Q2. Shall I use Form Set(0) for myself and my wife or do I have to fill in a separte form for herself (like form Set(M))?

thanks

Yes you need 75 points
You need only one set(O) form.
There is no need for separate form to your wife
