Hi,

There are two rules of being settled in the UK under tier Tier 1 (entrepreneur) visa


# after 3 years if there is an income from the business of at least £5 million over that period

# and 5 years in all other cases.


Q: does the 3 years rule indicate £5 million income or £5 million turnover over that period?
