Travel Visa for Ghana, can anyone help?

Travel Visa for Ghana, can anyone help?

My now wife got refused a general visitor visa for the UK, so I have been visiting her. She has now moved to Ghana..the process seems straight forward but they seem to insist on proof of stay (hotel or permenant)

Do you need to pay a hotel upfront, or can you just reserve it?

Also if my wife has a permenant address, can I simply just give this address and her mobile number?

It is just a general visa for 2 weeks I need
