I know it seems a stupid heading to post. However, i urgently need to do this.
The problem is that Natwest had printed my statement on both sides of a page.
When I fax it Page 2 went without any bank logo or anything. Page 2 actually did not have any transactions.
It was just written Page 2 of 2 on that page.
As per rule I have to send both pages coz its written Page 1 of 2 on the first page.
If i send it by post they can actually see it is a valid statement but when i fax both sides seperately.. they would think that 2nd page is not genuine coz it does not have any logo or name or anything...
So, repeating the same question... Could I send the appeal form and everything by post after I have sent it to them by fax?
