Won appeal 3 months back and still waiting for visa.......

Hi, i have won my appeal 3 months back 30th of Oct and still waiting for the visa. They have retained my passport as well. Please advise what is the best course of action to take as I need to travel. Thanks

Contact the team that refused you.Lots of local UKBA contacts here http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... 7a27fb5e3c ask them to implement the appeal don't forget to fax them a copy of your determination.Your passport is likely being held by the local enforcement team.

If they are still dragging their feet contact your mp.

Hi shamsa01,
i just wanted to find out,if you have had your passport back after winning your appeal on the 30th october.mine was allowed on the 14th oct,and no news.my passport was also retained by the enforcement
