ILR for ex work permit holders + 2011 proposals

Hi,

I used to be a work permit holder and then I switched to Tier 1. Would you know if http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... nsultation will affect me and when these proposals will be implemented?

The implementation date is still not announced. This should not affect you are you are on Tier-1. The worst case (unlikely) for you could be that your Wp days are not counted towards the 5 years needed for ILR
