Hi,

I had a two year HSMP visa (before nov 2007) and under the HSMP JR I got a Tier 1 (General) visa for three more years expiring at the end of this month.

As I don't fulfill the criteria to get an extension or ILR uder Tier 1 (General) anymore I realised I can manage if I am under the HSMP JR (settlement) but cannot do that unless I ahve been re-instated as a Highly Skilled Migrant

It seems there's not a form to request such re-reinstatement. Does anyone know how it has to be done? And how long it would take?
