PR, Separation and EU Wife will do absolute minimum to help

Hi all, I need your advice.

I am applying on basis of Stamp 4 EUFAM, Non EU Married to EU Citizen

As we are separated, but not yet divorced she is willing to help, but doing the absolute minimum with the application

We are married for more than 6 years, but separated for 3. Still in contact, and have not yet started divorce talks.

Below is a list, as per form EU3.

Below is what I have already, and, “her” section,

ME Have all the below already:
Cover Letter
Passport of Applicant
2 x Passport Photos
Civil Marriage Certificate
Signed Employment Contract OR Letter from employer setting out terms of contract.
P60 for the last 5 years
Letter from Social Services that no benefits was claimed.
Letter or Registration with FAS
Bank Statement
Private Health Insurance 2006 - 2012
Tenancy Agreement 2008 - 2012

Both Have this already

Utility bills in the names of both the applicant and the EU Citizen 2006 - 2010
Tenancy Agreement 2006 – 2008
Bank Statement 2006 – 2010

Need below:
HER National Identity of applicant – She will give this
2 x Passport Photos – She will give this
Signed Employment Contract OR Letter from employer setting out terns of contract.
P60 for the last 5 years - She believe as I am giving mine, she don’t need to?
Tenancy Agreement 2008 - 2012
Utility bills in the names of both the applicant and the EU Citizen

Can you please confirm, what I need from her, and what is the minimum documentation required?

Your making an application for renewal.

This is on the basis that you are still living as man and woman, that she is here in Ireland.

I know you are still married (and this will help) but your circumstances have changed. Your better off informing them that you are separated and seek to rely on Article 12-13.

If they find out that you have not disclosed the full truth, you will have problems. You are also beholden to her.
