Tier 1 (General) - 2nd Extension

Post by QuickSam » Wed Dec 07, 2011 10:45 am

Hi,

I arrived 4 months late in UK after getting the Visa approval and hence would have to extend the 2nd time before applying for ILR. I wanted to check if the age points that I secure on my 2nd extension would be same as the points that I received for the original application.

My understanding is that we get the same age points for the first extension and for the 2nd extension the age points are based on the current age.

Please let me know if this is correct.

All the cirteria that applies to you initially, will remain the same throughout your journey to ILR.
The question is... to be or not to be....
