Hi all,

Finally, I got reply from UKBA.

Please find the following link which details my question and reply from UKBA.

I had a fine of 189.17 from HMCS Loughborough (Magistrate court) and asked UKBA if I should worry about it if I have no unspent concitions on Disclosure Scotland and a clean subject Access Request.
