pls help: is Phd study a work experience?

Hi, anyone can confrim if phd study (in UK) is a work experience recognized by the HSMP case worker? Thanks.

Have you had a look at the guidelines and the case worker's manual. You will find the information there.

PhD is part of study not work experience.
You will get 30 points once you get your PhD degree.
