Any one had any reply regarding appeals submitted in beginning of October yet, as I appealed and sent all the documents required but have not recieved my call in letter I'm sick of waiting it's been more than 2 months now.........
Refused on 23/09/2011
Appealed on 06/10/2011
Acknowledgement received 14/10/2011
Date given 22/02/2012
Call in letter recieved 24/01/2012
Passport submitted 01/02/2012
Passport returned 05/03/2012
Visa issued alhamdulilah
Wife in UK 22/03/2012

no news, I had appealed in nov 2011


i know how badd this waiting game is .dont know why they take so long only for settlement cases which are more imp then visitor or student or anything else!!!

because they are small people who enjoy exercising what little power they have...why would you get a job as a border agent? to watch people suffer

well i agree with immigration control, but at least try and talk to applicants, instead of plainly refusing without asking any questions or even trying to read the application or bothering to look at the documents...
It costs us hard earned money and that too loads, plus everything else!!!
