Dear Friends...
my baby born in uk and i am on pbs 1 general.me and my wife got our extension in sept 2011.my question is
1.. how much i should show as my baby maintaince?
2.. which documents i have to send with his application?
3...do i have to maintain my wife and mine maintaince with baby maintaince?\

Hi Nasir,

If you have no plans to fly out of country your baby don't need visa. His birth certificate is fine to show his ID.

In case, you want to go out of the country than here are the answer to your question.

1. The current amount is GBP 533 for 90 days in your account
2. Just his/her passport. Your maintenance funds bank statement.
3. It is not necessary. However, there are incidents shared by members on this forum that they have asked for maintenance fund for all the members of family. Sounds wierd but you cannot win UKBA.

Yes minimum of 533 kept for the last 90 days or more.

Yes you need to fill Tier 1 General Depenant Form. This requirments of the form can be found here.
