Options after Post Study Visa

Hi All,
I dont know why my topic has been deleted.

I wanted to check, if i have Post Study Visa and find some job, after 2 years when my visa will be expired, what visa type i can switch to(Tier2, Tier1) .
Will it be possible and how easy based on requirements?
I couldnt find any article related to this question, so please reply me with your ideas.
