Did you received reference number?
If yes You should have patience and wait 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 weeks for decision.

If no email them next week and ask reference number.

I understand that you completed your 28th birthday on 30th july.

don't worry about that, they have recieved your application on 18th july, so they will consider your application as under 28 application.
