What evidence do I need for my wife's VISA application?

Hey guys,

My American wife is currently putting together her VISA application to move here to the UK. Just wondering how much evidence I need to send and if anyone has any tips from past experience. So far I have:

Birth Certificate (certified)
Passport (certified)
Evidence of accomodation (mortgage agreement)
Evidence of Employment (letter from restaurant I work at part time, invoice from freelance work as a musician, invoice from freelance administration work and invoice from freelance IT work)
Bank Statement

What else might we need?
