urgent advice

Post by destinationuk » Fri Aug 04, 2006 6:59 am

Hi ,
I had sent my application to HO on the 16th May 2006(thru workpermit.com).My 28th birthday was on 24th May 2006.
But my application was received by the Home office only on the 26th of May 2006..The application form which I had sent was the under 28 HSMP form...Will they consider my application as under 28 or over 28...

When I call Home Office they reply that my case is under consideration and the verification checks is in progress...

Please advice me wat to do....

The one thing you can do is waiting for decision. Most probably it will be considered as under.
But who knows.....

Do not worry. :)
Good luck.

Is there a way to find out whether they have considered above 28 or under 28.

Also there is any way by which i can request the home office that they should consider my case as under 28 category, ignoring the postal delays...

Please please help me out...

Just pray. There's no way that you can lay complaints now bcos there are 2 different forms (28 Years or Over 28.) It's clear and simple. Keep praying.

Just don't worry...I assure you that you will be considered in under 28 category b'coz the day u post ur papers is the date which is considered by them and it's not the date when it reaches them. So just relax!!!!
And all the Best for ur application....
