Hi Everyone,

please i need advice on what visa application form am to use. i got married a few weeks ago in my country cameron and my wife is still in cameron but am back here in uk where i live under tier 1 general, but i dont know what application i can make for her as i dont want her to come to uk as a visitor since we will be living together here in uk.
please if you know where ican get the information from the ukba website , i will really appreciate that as well.

You need to read this link.It explains the requirements you need to meet in order to qualify.

You will need form VAF4A. This is the application form you will require

The OP is here as a Tier 1 general migrant and therefore this form and guidance are not correct.
