ILR abasence period

Hello there,

I need confirmation from someone on whether I am failing on the total abasene period allowed for ILR or still within limit.

I am currently confused as some of them says (i) late entry within 90 days will not get counted and also (ii) absence while over employment (paid holidays) will not get counted, but some of them says it will.


My total Absence Periods :

Late entry into UK (total days) = 73
(i.e came into UK after 73 days start of visa)

Absence over employment period (total days) = 96
(i.e. travel outside UK on annual paid holidays at the time of employement

Absence over un-employment (total days) = 20
(i.e. travel outside UK on when not in employment)

so, Total Abasnce = 189 days


(i) Can anyone please confirm the absence period rules and if I am eligible for ILR or not?

(ii) Also please confirm if 4 years 11 months starts from the day visa starts or the date entered in UK?
