Tier 1 dependent visa Status

Post by scoelho » Fri Jan 06, 2012 10:32 am

Hi,

I can see the status of the application as "Processed Application delivered to bluedart in track your application. My wife applied for Tier 1 Dependent visa on 28th of december and it shows the above status now. I am just worried what does the status mean..."processed application".

Thanks,
SK

You should use the option 1. Tier 1 general partner...make sure you have every information handy about you and your wife....at the end it will prompt you to book an appointment with the available dates.

Thanks,
SK

wht should i fill in section 6 employment and finances for my depandant?? my wife is not working, her parents looked after her, can i leave this information blank???

I think are these questions answered by dependant

Do you receive income from any other sources‚ including friends or family?

Do you have savings‚ properties or other income‚ for example‚ from stocks and shares?

How much of your monthly income is used to support your family members?

How much do you spend each month on living costs?

at the end of app form, it is coming up with this msg:

Your Visa requirements have shown that as part of your Visa application you must also book an appointment to submit your biometric data. The available appointment location(s) according to your Visa requirements are shown below. If multiple appointment locations are shown, you may choose the most appropriate location.

In case your wife is not working there should be an option of unemployed or not employed.

Where you are going to sumbit your application? In VFS office your wife needs to sumbit the biometric....vfs people will take the biometric. so once you fill out the form, book an appointment and take a print of application and appointment booking date and carry them along with all the supporting documents to VFS office where you took an appointment.

Posted: Sat Jan 07, 2012 7:15 am Post subject: UK TIER 1 GENERAL DEPENDANT VISA
Hi, I would really appreciate if I can get some advice on my visa. I have applied for TIER1 General Dependant visa from Kolkata on 21st December, 2011.

I have submitted the following document:
1. Covering letter from my husband
2. U.K Bank statements ( with 1350 pounds maintained over 3 months)+ NRO bank account with over 50 thousand balance.
3. Letter from his employer
4 Rental agreement ( from June, 2011 - December 2011) . after december 2011 , my husband is allowed to stay in the same property with a minimum notice period of one month
5. Wedding Card
6. Wedding Photos
7. Husband's visa copy.
8. Payslips ( for the last 6 months)
9. TAX statements

I had applied 2 weeks back and when I try checking the status of my visa it still shows that it has been forwarded to the BHC. Ideally by now it should have been ''under process..

Will my visa be rejected because the rental agreement is till december 2011.

It will be great if I can get some advice.

Thanks
