HSMP application

Hi

Iam a new member in this board and am looking for details regarding HSMP. Could someone guide me on this.

1. Is it better to apply on our own or through an agent ?

2. What are the documents needed for an application and do I need to provide originals of all certificates or photocopy of those is fine ?

3. Is there a guideline/workflow available which could be followed for an HSMP application.

4. The time that it usually takes to process an HSMP application !!
