If somebody has Uk visa and if somebody donot travel.

My mother granted visit visa in july 2011 2nd time.

But she did not travel to uk and visa expried on december 2011.

She did travel to uk in 2009 on visit visa.

Now, My questions are here:

Q.1: Will there be any objection from UKBA for not travelling in 2011?

Q.2: Is she eligible to apply for visit visa in march 2012 ?

Iif there any more advise , please do so...

There maybe.however if she gives a valid reason why she was not able to come to UK, it should have no detriment on any subsequent application

Q.2: Is she eligible to apply for visit visa in march 2012 ?

She can apply if she wants but will not be able to travel till 6 months have elapsed since last visa ran out. she can only spend 6 months in any 12 month period (even though she didn't travel)
