Payment declined!

Help please!!!
I send my application (ILR based on 10 years resident) on the 17th Dec. and the payment was declined on the 19th Dec. I then informed my bank and let them put through the payment again if home office attempt it again, but never happend. I called UKBA many times, and they can not help with it, basiclly I can only wait to get my application back as invalid. The problem is my student visa status will expire on 30th Jan. So if they send it back to me after this date, I can not reapply ILR? I can not stay in this country?


I don't know, what should I do. the 0870number they provide does not help!

If anyone have any advices, please?

Ask HO if you can send a payment slip again...
