Can missing credit card paymens effect ILR application?

Hi,

I have missed payments on my credit card, but I am paying it off in monthly installments, will it effect my ILR appliction?

As long as there is no CCJ on your credit file, you should be fine.

No, I didnt recieve any letters from court or anything, and I am paying them off monthly too.

Then you should be fine. Make sure you keep paying them at least the minimum amount.

I am going to apply for ILR (10y long Residence) in few weeks time and I have a CCJ back in 2007 does it effect my ILR application? I did 4 extensions including my Tier 1 PSW and I never mention in the application. Thanks
