Entry Clearance Processing Times

I applied for the HSMP from within the UK. After approval I sent my passport in immediately to get the EC/FLR stamp put in my passport (also sent from within the UK).

I sent my passport on the 12th July and just heard today that a case worker still hasn't been assigned and it could take another week before one is assigned.

Has it taken this long for everyone else? This is now taking longer than the initial approval took in the first place.

Just wondering anyone else is in the same boat as me.
