Tier 1 - Employer letter for ILR

Post by ravib_10 » Thu Jan 19, 2012 10:02 am

HI,

My query is regarding employer letter to apply for ILR.

Letter which my employer is providing to me is stating ::

"Mr. (my name) is still employed by (organisation name) as at today’s date.".

Letter doesn't say anything that my servises are required by company for a foreseeable future.

Will this be a problem is my ILR ?

Thanks n Regards
R B

Just to add more info, I im in UK on WP + TIER 1 General visa and would be applying for ILR on 5year basis.

I have exactly the same issue and i had posted this question couple of days back. The response i got was that if you are applying form Tier 1 G to ILR that wording is not really required. If you are applying from WP to ILR then that wording would have helped.

If you search the forum you might find my post.

Cheers

Thanks Chikky.

So, you mean to say, letter which I am getting from my company, should be fine for my ILR?
