T1 Approval letter to BRP

Post by MB243 » Fri Jan 20, 2012 3:23 pm

If you have received the approval letter & are waiting for BRP, call DX Secure (http://www.thedx.co.uk/contactus/) on 01604 496 798, press * as soon as you get the IVR, an agent will then ask the postcode, if anything is waiting to be delivered for you, you will know

Dont forget to ask for the tracking number if delivery is pending. You can change either the time or address of delivery on phone or online.

Great tip, thanks

I also recommend calling them and attaching a phone number to the delivery, as apparently they "attempted" to deliver my BRP today but could not gain access to our building, which would have required ringing my house number on the keypad.

Another number for the courier - 0844 371 0000.

I rang them up this morning and the agent said mine is en-route and will be delivered any time between 8 and 6 pm today.

Received the BRPs at about 12:00pm.

Cheers,
Jay

0844 is a non-geographic number costing more than normal landlines.

Can you please guide what is the process of changing the delivery address? I have the same situation. Also do you know if you can receive the BRP for your spouse or the person has to receive it by herself/himself.

Thanks for your help

Either do it online at thedx.co.uk/delivery or call the number in the 1st post of this thread. Easy.

Thanks a lot for this post. I started to panic after waiting for 9 working days for my BRP without knowing which courier company to contact. I called DX on the number given at the top of this thread, pressed (*) to get to talk to an agent and was relieved to know that they have my card :) I arranged to collect it from one of their offices :)
