How many time does a UK ban is valid?

How many time does a UK ban is valid?

I like to know how many time I need to be outside UK after my refusal.
I have had a tourist visa refused in Nov 2009 ... But nobody told me how long I supossed to stay out ...

Where do I get that info?

A refusal does not necessarily constitute a ban. If you are banned from UK, it will be specifically stated in the refusal letter
