10 Years ILR- Time spent Query

Post by bhamblues » Sat Jan 21, 2012 10:32 am

Hi,
I would just want to clarify my time spent in UK over the past 9.5 years and my eligibility to apply for ILR.

1.5 years - Student
1 years- SEGS scheme
4 years - Tier 2
2 years - Student dependent
1 year - Tier 1 (PSW) dependent. valid until 2013.

Being a dependent of Tier 1 PSW can I make an application for ILR based on 10 year rule from UK?

Many Thanks
