Is it possible to get EEA residence card permit on my Uncle

Hello,

I have decided to re apply for my EEA2 Extended family member application again.
But I want to make sure whether I can get Residence card on basis of my Uncle.I came in London on student visa and then got PSW as well on my basis.But now I want to get residence card on my uncles basis.He has European passport and is self employed residing in UK.I live at his house in London,he gives me money for my spendings.I do part time job as well but still he gives me money.

Can I be succesfull if I apply for it or my student visa or PSW will make a problem for me.
I am totally confused.Solicitors are demanding too much money which I cant afford so,I need help please.
