Selecting application form Help !

I am planning to bring my Father and Mother-in-laws from India for 4 months. which application form I need to select VAF 1A ( Visitor visa) or VAF 1B (Family Visa). Bit confused??

Does it required any Maintenance fund need to shown from UK side ?

I have saving account which hold above £3000 and normal bank statements ( No balance, just running every day transaction)
NOTE: My current bank a/c has overdratf over £1000

Not sure about the form but just a note on your overdraft.

Make sure that you do not use your overdraft amount, this is usually looked up by the officials a bit negatively. Try to use your savings in case you are going below zero in your current account to avoid getting overdraft.
