Bank Statement for Tier 2 Sponsor visa

Hi all,

I am about to apply for UK Tier 2 sponsor visa from PSW, received the COS and applying within UK. My visa expires 12 Feb2012
The bank statement which has maintenance fund of 800 pounds is different to the one i receive the monthly salary. My boss has insisted me to submit both the bank statements to show i receive the salary and its genuine but i am not sure whether it is a good idea as the bank which i receive my salary doesnt have 800 pounds all the time.

I will be very happy if anyone can help me out on this one

Hi,

You do not need to show proof of funds as you are switching from PSW to Tier-2.

Please look at Tier-2 Guidance form on bullet point 151.

You can claim 10 points for maintenance if:

you score 30 points for switching from a post-study category (This applies to in-country applications only)
