Tier 2 (ICT) to Tier1 dependant conversion while in UK (IMP)

Hi,

I'm in UK under Tier1 (General). My wife is also in UK under Tier 2 (ICT).
We were married before coming to UK. I need help regarding the following questions:

1. During my Tier 1 extension, can I apply her as a dependant ?
2. If so does she need to go back to India and then apply or while in the UK, she can apply as my dependant.
3. My wife has got her visa in Mar/2011. So can she count the days she has spent as a Tier 2 ICT towards ILR.
4. Is there anything else I need to know before converting her to my dependant.
