Acknowledgement Letter Not Received yet but the payment is t

Hi,
I have applied for Tier 2 General on 4th Jan 2012. HO received the application on 5th Jan 2012 and deducted the fee from my account on 6th Jan 2012... Today's is 25th Jan 2012 but still I havent received any Acknowledgement Letter from the home office.
I am bit worried could anyone please help me out or let me know when should I expect it?

Did you get biometric? If not call them up

Thanks for your reply. No I havent received any sort of communication from them yet. But my bank statement shows tht the money was deducted 9th Jan.
Should I call them or wait till early next week?

Please be aware that you cannot phone about the biometric appointment process from 1st Feb.

Yes, thts rgt. But I can't call them for biometric unless I receive a letter from them... Can u please let me know wht's best number to call them and ask about these things?

Kenya.It's developing everyday and the people are awesomely kind and like tourists or foreigners.Tanzania's weather is SO humid and it's a very dusty place.It's way backward than Kenya but is excellent on wildlife and the beaches are great!

Hi,

I called them today.... They said you should wait till 9th Feb. 2012 and if u don't receive biometric by then u enquire abt. it.... So now bit less stressfull will wait till 9th and update you guys again....
