Dear members and gurus

I'm currently on WP and planning to apply for Ilr in feb ending.
My query is my current role in the company is graduate electrical engineer and pay is 25k pa. I've checked soc codes and wondering which one actually applies to me tier2 for graduate level or tier2 for s/nvq3 level. The problem is that later one only has one category and minimum pay around 30k. Can I use graduate level salary instead as mentioned in tier 2 for graduate level jobs?

An early response would be Appreciated as there is no guidance available and the whole code of practice is so confusing.
