Booking PEO appointment - SET(O)

Post by Sunimal02 » Thu Jan 26, 2012 7:49 pm

Hi,

I need to book an PEO appointment for SET(O) with two dependents. As I am aware the appointments comes in the midnight. I have tried last few days in the mid night and I can see appoinment comes for Croydon, Glasgow, Birmingham, but nothing comes for the Sheffield and Liverpool. I need to book an appointment at Sheffield.

I have called to HO, but they also said it is booked. I am confused as appointments not coming in the midnight and how it is been booked.

Has anyone else expereince the same problem for Sheffield or Liverpool?

Any information on when is the appointments are available would be appriciated.

Thanks in advance.

Every time I have checked there are loads of appointments. There are more appointments available in Croydon than any other PEO as Croydon is UKBA’s head office (also the biggest).

I would suggest book a suitable appointment even if it’s in Croydon PEO.

Hi linkers,

Thanks for your reply. Did you check appointment without dependents? When I check without dependents than I will get appointments for Liverpool and Birminham as well.

Apart from Croydon, all the PEO are relatively smaller and have less staff, which is the reason they have limited appointments for each category.

In Croydon I can book an appointment with dependants even on a week’s notice but it’s not in the case of other PEOs.

I booked an appointment at croydon last night but could only get March 6.
Somebody once told me it might be worth calling up as ppl might cancel slots.
Is this something I should try?

I don’t think so it would make any difference as the people in call centre have access to the same system as we have.
