KOL is different from the English language test or ESOL.

Everyone has to pass it.

Apply for ILR immediately you pass it.

If you had already satisfied the KOL requirement before applying for the spouse visa, then you should have been granted ILE. Ask them to correct it.

Vinny is correct. It seems the test you undertook meets the requirement under

paragraph 33B (a)(i) of the immigration rules.

The endorsement is wrong.

Get them to correct it to ILE as it will save you the enormous cost of applying for ILR.

Correcting the error shouldn't take too long.

Do you have a letter with your certificate from the college, confirming that you progressed from one level to the next? It's essential you have this.
This seems unlikely in only 2 weeks. Many UKBA approved courses take anything up to one year to complete!

Thank you for your Inputs.

Yes, I do have a letter from the Collage that I have passed from Level 2 to Level 3 and pass the Exam Including the Citizenship info which completed the KOL Needs.

Most the collages do the course in 3 ~ 6 month as it's a part time and very short hours / week but my course was on Daily bases and for the whole day.

My Concern now that they have accepted my Spouse English test which have been taken during my visit to the UK using normal Visit Visa.

Someone told me that they might didn't accept your KOL exam as you have taken it on visit visa, do you think this is the problem or what.

When I got the papers back, I found that the KOL papers was not together and they might didn't notice that I include this exam.

I have already sent a message to the World bride, As the Embassy will not reply to me as their website info.

Any advice will be appreciated.

One of the requirements of being granted a general visit visa is that you do not intend to undertake a course of study but this doesn't appear to be the reason they have not granted you ILE. They may have overlooked the fact that you had taken an ESOL course with citizenship elements, or they may not have been satisfied that the course meets the requirements - you need to provide the certificate as well as the progression letter, and you need to have studied for a certain number of hours. How many hours long was the course?

Who refused? The Embassy? Did you quote 282(b)?
