Previous Earnings Assessment for ILR

Post by sharjeelpk » Mon Jan 30, 2012 11:11 am

Quick Question. Is it make any difference if the Previous annual earning at the time of ILR application is little bit less than the earning at the time of Tier 1 Extention.
Short detail is I was on HSMP and got extention on Tier 1, now ready to go for ILR. As my company pay annual bonus depending on the profit of the company. At the time of HSMP extention in Tier 1 my annual earning was £800 more than this year because of annual bonus I claimed as a part of my annual income in 2009. I am still in the same bnad of earning table this year I mean this short of £800 does not change my Income band for example annual Income was £25800 at the Time of Last extention and now It is £25000. both figure are in the same band of 20 points. £23,000-£25,999.99 = 20.

You don’t need to be earning the same amount as you were earning at the time of previous extension. As long as you are meeting the total points, you will be granted ILR.
