What did they tell you after the interview? Usually if all the checks are fine, they will tell you that the passport should arrive within 3-4 days.

From the sounds of it, you passed the checks and will get the passport shortly.

Totally agree with Jambo... you are fine and will be receiving ur passport in next few days. People do mess up their dates during interview due to pressure and interview staff do realise the applicant's situation hence they ignore 2-3 wrong answers... :)

Passport interview could'nt answer 2 questions

Post by webhunter » Mon Feb 13, 2012 10:19 am

I could'nt answer my mom and dad's date of birth. I answered I don't remember.

This post suggests something about the interviewer mentioning something about what happens next. But I was'nt told anything of that sort, for example "you should receive the passport in the next x days ".

Hopefully it is not a major concern. Anything I believe this is just identity check and not a decision to give whether or not passport is to be issued. So worst case worse, all they can do is ask to prove the identity rather than simply saying we will reject your application becoz you forgot your parents' birthday :-)
