Query related to Biometric appointment

I have received a letter for biometric appointment wherein that states that I need to book an appointment within 15 working days from the date in the letter.

But I dont have any slots in nearlby PEO within 15 working days. I am confused that should I need to give biometric within 15 days or just booking an appointment within 15 days and appointment can be in any convenient date in the nearby PEO?

Please can someone clarify from thier personal experience please? I do have visa until May 2012.

the letter says you need to book an appt with 15 days, not that you have to attend one within 15 days, which is often impossible.
