Declare Penalty fares (TFL) on application form?

Post by ak790 » Wed Feb 08, 2012 1:30 pm

Hi,

I probably know the answer to this already, but just want to double check. I had to pay a penalty fare yesterday on the DLR (I thought a station was fare zone 2/3 but it turned out to be just zone 3, so out of my oyster pass validity). As I paid the penalty already, I now do not have to declare this on any furture extension or ILR application forms?

Does this seem about right, or would I still have to declare it?

No, as long you weren't prosecuted.
