PSW biometric letter not recieved

hi there,

i applied PSW on 9th Jan 2012,
Received Acknow Letter on 13th Jan 2012.

but still waiting for Biometric Invitation Letter...

Can any one know how can i contact Home office regarding My Biometric letter.

Please do let me know, if possible.

Dont wory you will get within next week hopefull, however if you dont get by the end of next week than you should call to UKBA as it is more than a month that you had made your application so they should tell you about the details, moreover keep an eye on your email also because some people never get the letter and only get the email.

however if you want to call than
Call 0870 606 7766 choose option 4 which is other immigration query.
Call in afternoon if you can as they are less busy in afternoon.
And check your bulk/ spam mail box as well.

is this confirm that UKBA send biometric by post and email as well?

yes they send an email if you have provided them your email address, I dont know the confirmation but everybody receives the email and letter however most people do not get letter/
