Fees for Tier1 general Main +Dependant

I am bit confused on the list of fee structure given on the table. To make clear, could you tell how much should be the fees for main applicant + one dependant applicant.? Also, will this ok to provide one cheque for both of us.? We both applying at the same time by post.
