Absence under Tier 2 general

Post by DHANYAVISU » Tue Feb 14, 2012 8:19 pm

Hi

I took 45 days unpaid leave on one occassion on my Tier 2 general visa; I didn't take more than 90 days at a stretch or 180 days/year out of the country during my 5 year period.

Would that 45 days unpaid leave be an issue?

Please advise me.

Thanks

Hi

did you have any issues? I read in the guidance employer will have to terminate the sponsorship if Tier 2 General visa holder take unpaid leave in excess of one month
