Hi,

* Two Passport size photos
* Life in the UKTest Letter

what are the other documents i need to send with my application.
aprat from the above?
Do I need to send further documents like bank statements/ payslips / tenancy agreement. and do i need to send all the documents from last 10 years.

and also please tell me on SET(O) in Section 5,
Do I need to fill the Section 5 (which says about my Home, income and public funds)

Please advice me who ever done ILR SET(O) in 10 years long residency,
