Stamp Number 4 (Parent of Irish Born Child Scheme)

Just a matter of curiosity! I would like to know if there is anyone in this forum who was granted Irish Citizenship being on Stamp Number 4 (Parent of Irish born child scheme).

Well, I assume there is no one who was granted Irish Citizenship.

Cobra, majority of the IBC2005 applicants should have applied in late 2010/ early 2011. So these are early days........
